Meet Michelle Downs
Michelle has more than 15 years of hands-on experience working across residential properties, commercial environments and termite management on the Gold Coast.
Her experience has been built in the field — inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, carrying out treatments and managing everything from common household pests to complex termite and commercial pest-management work.
That practical experience remains central to Lethal Pest Control today. Customers deal with a business led by someone who understands the work first-hand and remains actively involved in maintaining the professional standards behind every service.
Pest & Termite Expertise
Termites are a specialist area of Lethal Pest Control’s work. Michelle’s experience includes termite inspections, termite treatments, baiting and monitoring, treated-zone systems and ongoing termite management for Gold Coast properties.
Understanding termites requires more than identifying visible activity. Building construction, concealed entry points, moisture, previous termite protection and conditions around the property can all influence termite risk and management.
Alongside specialist termite work, Lethal Pest Control provides professional pest management for homes and businesses across the Gold Coast, from routine household pests through to specialist infestations and ongoing commercial programs.

Two-Time Excellence Award Winner
Lethal Pest Control’s work has been recognised within the pest-management industry with two Excellence Awards:
- PWAPM Excellence Award — 2020 Winner
- AWPMA Excellence Award — 2026 Winner
These awards recognise two separate achievements, six years apart, and form an important part of Lethal Pest Control’s professional history.
An Environmental Perspective
Michelle’s background in Conservation & Land Management has helped shape Lethal Pest Control’s environmentally conscious approach to pest management.
Wherever practical, we use Integrated Pest Management principles — combining pest identification, targeted treatments, monitoring and practical changes that can help reduce the conditions supporting pest activity.
This approach considers not only the pest problem but also the people, animals and surrounding environment connected to the property, while maintaining effective professional pest management.
Commercial Pest Management Experience
Lethal Pest Control brings genuine long-term experience to commercial pest management across the Gold Coast.
That experience includes around 12 years providing pest-management services to Saint Stephen’s College, alongside work with commercial properties, workplaces and other managed environments.
Long-term commercial pest management requires consistency, monitoring, communication and an understanding of how each site operates. Lethal provides professional commercial pest-management programs with targeted treatments, monitoring and reporting suited to the requirements of the premises.
