It does not mean the original service has failed.
Continued rodent pressure may mean stations require checking and replenishment as part of ongoing rodent management.
Rodent bait is not an unlimited supply attached to a one-off service, and ongoing replenishment or monitoring is not automatically included indefinitely after the initial treatment.
